Our Team

Dr. Dione Schubach graduated from Pacific University with her Doctor of Optometry degree with Honors in 2008. She is dedicated to providing patients with quality care and a personalized experience and is honored to be responsible for all your eye and vision care needs. Dr. Schubach is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington.

In her free time, Dr. Schubach enjoys hiking with her husband and two kids. She enjoys all outdoor activities especially kayaking and bird watching.

Melinda Brower is our office manager, optician, and insurance expert. Melinda has been with Winlock Eye Care Clinic since January 1991. She Attended college at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA and graduated from William F. West High School in Chehalis. She has over 29 years of experience in the field of eye care.

Melinda helps patients with her superb communication skills by scheduling appointments, presenting frame and lens features, and coordinating coverage of insurance benefits. In her free time, Melinda enjoys volleyball, reading, long walks on the beach, and occasionally dancing in the rain.
